Being the son and brother of trained carpenters in Iceland, I've always been around a "you do it yourself" mentality. I had some jobs in the construction industry as a youngin.
A few years ago, me and the missus bought a house in the woods that had great bones — but was stuck in a 70's/80's linoleum, shoddy-workmanship hellscape. Years of demolishing, building, designing, and finding solutions later, I now find myself with —
A particular set of skills.
I've used them for myself, family, friends, and neighbors. Now I want to bring them to the greater community. For a fee, obviously — I've got mouths to feed.

Darri is the best, and only handyman you will ever need. He helped our family redo our guest bathroom and the outcome was incredible. He redid the tile floors, skimmed and painted the walls and installed a new bathroom vanity. You can also tell the attention to detail with the whole project. I would def. recommend him to any families looking to do any upgrades or fixes around the house.
Trustworthy, friendly and great price point! We just moved into our studio and the kitchen had blank walls and wanted to put up a backsplash. We were originally gonna DIY it but figured it be best to hire someone who knows what they were doing. Darri was prompt with communication and he completed the project over the weekend and we are super happy with the final product. The tiles are beautiful and so well done! I would happily recommend him to anyone.
We just bought a house and unfortunately the house did not come with a dishwasher. We of course had no clue how to install one. Darri was recommended by a friend and he did a great job! He cut out the hole for the dishwasher and installed it. Happy with his work ethic and happy to not be handwashing dishes! Also have to mention, he left everything very clean.
